Surface Modification Methods to Improve Behavior of Biosensor Based on Imaging Ellipsometry
Date:2013-08-26Source:
Surface modifications not only perform functions as ligand immobilization and biosensing interface formation, but also play a crucial role for inhibiting noise and enhance biosensor signal. After years of development, several surface modification methods designed for the biosensor based on imaging ellipsometry have become more and more practical and already been successfully implemented in the detection of various biomolecules. Some typical surface modification approaches are reviewed. [http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.apsusc.2013.05.077]
